Monoprix is deploying its multichannel strategy with its new store in the Canopée du Forum des Halles.  The aim is to offer urban consumers all the services they need to save time at the checkout, in terms of delivery times or simply looking for a product on the shelves. More emotional services have not been forgotten, with a donation service in aid of the circular economy.

•       The “Shop & Go” home delivery service

•       Click & Collect, including clothing

•       The Monop’Easy app for doing your shopping and paying without going via the checkout.

•       The “Shop & Give” service in aid of the circular economy.

•       WIFI allows access to a brand space (promotions, store plan, etc.)

What to do and see

NO MORE QUEUING

Put off by queuing? By scanning product barcodes with the Monop’Easy app, you can pay for your purchases via your smartphone.  The receipt is be sent to your email in case of being checked as you exit the store.

DROP OFF YOUR TROLLEY

You don’t want to use the Monop’Easy scanning app, but queuing puts you off.  No problem, do your shopping and drop off your trolley in the dedicated area. Its contents are delivered to your home where you make the payment.

CONNECT TO WIFI

Connect to the WIFI network to leave your opinion, find out what’s new, or activate the geolocation function to find products on the shelves.

ORDER ONLINE

The service aspect extends outside the store. With Click & Collect, food shopping is delivered in store in one to three hours after ordering.

MAKE A DONATION ON DELIVERY

Do your bit for recycling by using the “Shop & Give” service. All you have to do is give the delivery person non-expired food products or used batteries.
