THE CONCEPT

The concept

With 6,500 m² on two levels and roughly 5,000 customers a day, B&H is probably the biggest photographic and electronics store in the United States, or even in the world.
Apart from the optimal quality of service offered by the expert sales staff, the product delivery path itself is noteworthy. A system of rails conveys the product from the storeroom to the collection point, where its future owner is waiting.

To do during the visit

Finding the right product

B&H offers an incredibly wide range of consumer electronics. If you are lost, do not hesitate to ask one of the sales staff for assistance. These experts will be only too pleased to help you.

Recharging your telephone

Your mobile phone is running out of charge. No problem. Just recharge it at one of the recharging points in the store.

Buying a product

You have made your choice, the sales assistant will get your product from stock, remove the packaging and explain how it works.

If you are convinced, you can go to the cash desk with your ticket then to the collection point on the ground floor.

Trying to track your purchase

You leave the sales assistant without your product! No problem, the sales assistant has placed it in its compartment and sends it to the collection point via the system of rails.

This lets you continue your hands-free shopping.

Collecting one's purchase

When you have made your payment, you proceed to the collection point.

Just show your ticket to collect your items.
