The urban digital car dealership
The Concept
This car dealership with a small footprint (roughly 500 m2) has been designed to be as close as possible to urban consumers. It features numerous interactive screens on which one can access the entire Audi range. The screens have replaced the showroom vehicles usually found in a dealership. The staff use the digital tech to customize one’s vehicle and visualize it. It is dedicated to customer advice and relations. Audi City in London should become the preferred point of contact for Audi customers and make the link between online, where the customer experience often begins, and offline.
To do during the visit

Discover the Audi range
On giant screens (covering a total area of 54 m2) controlled by one of the 6 interactive tables in the reception area, you can browse and discover all the models of the German make in their actual size. You can also customize the vehicle’s options on screen. Then you can print out your creation and leave with a personalized brochure.

Making an appointment to test-drive a vehicle
You can make an appointment to test drive the vehicle of your dreams, on interactive screens, either by yourself or with a sales adviser.

Customizing a vehicle in a private lounge
If your project takes shape, go to the lower ground floor where you can finish customizing your car with an adviser in a private lounge equipped with an interactive table. The adviser lets you test the quality of the different finishes, like the leather upholstery for instance.

Buying Audi goodies
Beyond vehicles, the Audi City is the perfect outlet for fans of the four-rings make to find branded products ranging from the umbrella to the watch, not forgetting the go-cart for your children.
