Merito’s Startup digitalised the trusted network and create a matching tool based on recommendations who allow each manager to find directly the good candidate.


A business case

Petit Bateau, a children’s wear sing, needed to find an agile solution to answer to their recruiting problematics. Indeed, the staff’s need was often managed in a hurry, the traditional process of job ads wasn’t working.

After a first test on few stores, “Petit Bateau” deployed Merito in whole Ile de France stores. Proof of success, 95% of Merito’s candidates are recommended at the end of their mission.
