A unique data flow analysis and marketing optimization solution used in physical stores
In few words
Retency is a multi-sensor technology that, thanks to its algorithms, enables merchants to anticipate the needs of their customers, to change in real-time the organization of their teams depending on the number of visitors and to display a personalized message on screens when clients approach.
Retency also allows brands to optimize their mobile campaigns and to measure the efficiency of their off line campaigns.
Technological Innovation
Completely developed by a team of software engineers and aeronautics experts, Retency is a proprietary technology. It adapts to every client. Retency is multi-sensor. Their equipment is easy to install and independent. Their algorithms ensure great relevance while respecting CNIL regulations.
Retency received in may 2017 the approval from the CNIL to measure the audience of advertisements displayed in the streets. .
This process, particularly innovative, allows Retency to identify very precisely for each billboard campaign the coverage rate, the repetition rate as well as the impact in store through the “drive to store”.
This approval by the CNIL is the result of more than 18 months research and development by the technical teams of Retency. This is a first time in Europe !
Business case
Retency developed, for one of its clients’ accounts, a system that alerts in real time a peak in visitors in the store.
Using a colour coded map of the store, viewable on the salesmen’s tablets, the staff can see, in real time, where the clients are. This allows the right amount of staff to be in the right place at the right time and to have a better allocation of resources.
