This 6th edition of the Innovate Service Centric event reunited, on October 8th, more than 350 participants representing 80 French, Swiss, Spanish and Belgian retailers. From retail, insurance, automobile, bank or services worlds, participants gathered around “customer value“, central theme of the trends report:
