This 6th edition of the Innovate Service Centric event reunited, on October 17th and November 18th 2017, more than 350 participants representing 80 French, Swiss, Spanish and Belgian retailers. From retail, insurance, automobile, bank or services worlds, participants gathered around “customer engagement“, central theme of the trends report:
