While the 2021 edition of Retail's Big Show took place digitally, that of 2022 will be held face-to-face from January 16 to 18, 2022, in New York.

 

During the pandemic, consumers around the world have developed new consumption habits such as e-commerce, social shopping , live shopping, fast delivery, click and collect…

Retailers must therefore adapt to these new practices which mix the physical and the digital. This year many players such as Walmart, Nordstrom, Best Buy, Target, Pepsico will testify on their adaptation strategy.

 

More than 800 exhibitors will bring the solutions to these new behaviors, already shaping the world of tomorrow through subjects such as NFTs, Drone delivery, Metaverse…

Finally, if during the 2021 edition we began the beginning of the revolution for a socially committed and sustainable trade, this year it will be center stage through a significant number of sessions on the subject. There will also be a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion.
